Our first visit to Sanibel brought on that heart racing "wow" feeling the moment we arrived. In searching for home furnishings, we were unable to find our vision for our own island home. Even with traveling back and forth across the causeway, the furniture we found was over scaled and just "not right". We could not find that splash of color that we were looking for. We were looking for sunny yellows, seaside blues, sunset corals and luscious greens. All the colors that kept us coming back to Sanibel could be found in nature but not in a home store.
