While we may have changed locations, we have not changed our focus. A hurricane or two may have set us back a bit, but we recovered and offer our help to all those affected by them. We have scaled back our physical space but our vision for design is as big as ever. When hurricane Ian hit, we were getting ready to celebrate our twentieth year on Sanibel. We remember what brought us to Sanibel (and SWFL in general). We look back at why we opened our store and remember searching for furnishings for our own homes. The furniture we found was over scaled and just "not right". We could not find that splash of color we were looking for. We were hoping for sunny yellows, seaside blues, sunset corals and luscious greens. All the colors that kept us coming back to Sanibel could be found in nature but not in a home store. The concept of Sanibel Home Furnishings is color, comfort, design and scale while maintaining quality and of course, competitive pricing. Our furniture is casual, transitional, formal or relaxed. We offer some of today's top manufacturers. Helping you weave your way through decorating your home, we help you find your dreams and visions and make them reality. The decision to not return to Sanibel was a very difficult one to make. We can't say we won't return at some point, but for now we feel we are in the best place to continue helping people.
